A walk through the corridors of the municipal authorities of Linz.
A building/an institution, with it's core function to serve people, should create an inviting environment but in fact reassemble the exact opposite. The video puts the complex and in-transparent "system city administration" into relation with the equally complicated guidance system of the labyrinth-like architecture of the building itself.
